Nathan Anaya grew up in the Forrester Community and graduated from Heavener Public High School in 1990. He received an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith in 1999.
20 years ago Nathan began drafting home plans in Plano, Texas for Rex D. Mackey Custom Home Designs. After many years of training and experience he began designing custom homes for his own clients.
Nathan continues to collaborate with Rex D. Mackey Custom Home Designs to provide drafting and design services to a larger client base.
Nathan provides services as a custom home plan designer. He can design and provide plan sets for truly custom homes as well as provide modifications to existing plans. He is able to finish out existing plans with elevations, provide site plans, electrical plans, and remodeling plans.
In addition to his design work Nathan provides contracted drafting services when requested by builders or other designers/architects.
Your Custom Home Plans in partnership with Rex D. Mackey Custom Home Designs has an extensive inventory of existing home plans in a variety of sizes and styles that are available for purchase as-is or with modifications.
Nathan specializes in one on one service and travels to meet clients during the design process.
